Rhubarb

I planted out rhubarb crowns today, bought last year (January) in a 'crown format'. The rhubarb, last year, produced stalks which were spindly. This year I will try to grow the rhubarb with plenty of organic matter.

Naga Chillis

My friend sent me Bhut Jolokia (Naga Chillis, serious hot) & Pequin Pepper yesterday. I placed a seed tray containing 40 segments with compost, last night, in my heated Vitopod propagator at 20C.



This morning I got a chopstick and drilled 40 holes 1cm deep - 10 Nagas, 10 Pequin, 10 Hot Mexican and 10 Thai Superchillis. Then added water and back into the Vitopod.
